So, we have come up with this new recipe which is not only easily available in your kitchen but also easy to make quickly. Steps


  • To a small saucepan add Milk, Cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and sweetener of your choice.


  • Whisk to combine and set over medium heat. Cook. Stir frequently, until warm but not boil.


  • Taste and adjust flavour according to your taste such as add sweetener for more sweet or add ginger or turmeric for intense spice + flavour.


  • Turn off the heat and strain it to your cup. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.


  • Serve immediately. Have best when fresh, though leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave until hot.




Tips:

  1. For a vegan option, simply use coconut oil and almond milk or coconut milk or soy milk or any of your favourite non-dairy milk.

  2. You can add holy basil leaves, ghee, saffron any.

How to make

Just mix all ingredients everything in a small sauce pan & cook until it starts simmering. Strain it to your cup & sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve.

Ingredients


  • 2½ cups Milk


  • ¼ teaspoon Cosmos Cinnamon Powder


  • 1½ teaspoon Cosmos Turmeric Powder


  • ½ teaspoon Cosmos Dry Ginger Powder


  • Pinch of Black Pepper Powder


  • Sugar/Jaggery/Maple Syrup/ Honey/Stevia for sweetened taste (optional).
